Yogalates

Yogalates

A Combination of Yoga and Pilates methods. Common Hatha Yoga poses, balance and flexibility exercises as well as Pilates toning and core exercises.

Accompanied by soothing music, the teacher will lead the class through a series of challenging standing and floor exercises. Incorporating both mat work exercises from Pilates and yoga poses to warm up the body, tone and increase flexibility. Classes end in traditional way with deep relaxation and meditation.
